摘要
目的研究超声检查在妇产科急诊中的应用价值。方法对102例妇产科急诊患者进行超声检查。结果 102例急诊经超声检查诊断为:宫外孕46例,超声符合率91.3%。流产30例,其中不全流产29例,符合率96.7%。先兆流产7例,及难免流产3例,符合率均100%,卵巢肿瘤扭转16例,符合率81.3%。平均准确率为93.9%。结论超声检查是妇产科急诊的首选检查方法,有很高的准确率。这对及时作出诊断,选择治疗方案,有重要的临床价值。
Objective To study the ultrasound examination in gynecology and obstetrics in emergency treatment application value.Methods 102 cases of gynecology and obstetrics emergency patients for ultrasound.Results 102 cases of emergency by ultrasound examination diagnosis： 46 cases of ectopic pregnancy,ultrasound was 91.3%.Abortion 30 cases,not all abortion 29,was 96.7%.Threatening miscarriage in 7 cases,3 cases and unavoidably abortion,coincidence rate are 100%,ovarian tumors turn 16 cases,was 81.3%.Average accuracy rateis 93.9%.Conclusion Ultrasound examination is the first choice for the obstetrics and gynecology emergency method,has the very high accuracy.The timely diagnosis and treatment choice have important clinical value.
