摘要 目的探讨α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效及对神经传导速度、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的影响。方法 98例合并DPN的2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,对照组予口服甲钴胺胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用α-硫辛酸注射液,观察2组治疗前后血清IGF-1、神经传导速度及症状总评分(TSS)的变化。结果 2组治疗后胫神经、腓神经运动神经传导速度NCV(MNCV)感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)均较治疗前明显增快,TSS评分明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但上述指标观察组均明显优于对照组,且观察组血清IGF-1水平较治疗前明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸治疗DPN可明显降低提高患者血清IGF-1水平,改善神经传导速度及临床症状。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of α-lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)and on both serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and nerve conductive velocity(NCV).Methods Ninety-eight patients with type 2diabetes and DPN were randomly divided into two groups.Besides mecobalamine capsules for two groups,the observation group also receivedα-lipoic acid injection.Serum IGF-1level,NCV and total symptom scores(TSS)before and after treatment between two groups were observed.Results After treatment,both motor and sensory NCVs of tibial nerve and peroneal nerve in two groups were significantly faster and TSS scores were significantly lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05),and these indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0.05).After treatment,serum IGF-1level in observation group was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The treatment ofα-lipoic acid can significantly increase serum IGF-1level and improve nerve conduction velocity and clinical symptoms in patients with DPN.
