摘要
采用结构式访谈与非结构式访谈相结合的方法,对广东省西部罗定市华石镇下辖的7个自然村落的越南婚姻移民进行了调查研究。结果显示,她们的困境主要包括家境贫困,自身或家人的健康水平低下以及身份污名带来的被疏离与排斥。分析表明,越南婚姻移民合法身份缺失、无权益保障,夫家在经济资本和社会资本中的弱势地位以及特殊的婚姻形式使得越南妇女无法从娘家获得必要的社会支持是造成其生存困境的主要原因。政府可以在立法层面上向这些越南媳妇提供优惠政策,尽量解决她们的国籍、户籍问题,并进行必要的社会帮扶和公益救助。
By means of the structured interview and unstructured interview, the paper investigates the Vietnamese immigrants＇ marriage in 7 villages of Huashi, Luoding, Guangdong province. It is found that their flight includes family poverty, poor health of themselves and their families, and alienation and rejection brought about by their stigma. The analysis shows that the main causes of their plight are their illegal identity, no right protection, weak position of their husbands in economic capital and social capital, and no social support from their own family because of their special marriage form. The government should make preferential policies for the Vietnamese brides, and make efforts to solve their problems in citizenship and household registration, and give necessary social supports and help.
