摘要
通过实地调查,对中国人口流动中一种特殊的流动主体及其流动中的重要问题——农村女性以婚姻的方式迁入城市的适应问题进行了研究,深入分析了农村媳妇在城市社会中的家庭生活适应、社区生活适应以及工作角色适应等方面所面临的问题,并有针对性地探讨了运用社会工作的方法在多层面上帮助她们更好地适应自己的城市新身份,提升和改善她们弱势地位的可能对策。
Through field investigation, this paper discusses the adaptation of the rural female who moved to cities by marriage to urban male in Chinese rural population mobility, and analyzes problems in the adaptation to their family life, community life and role of work etc. Finally it gives pertinent countermeasures which suggest that the method of social work should be employed to help them adapt to their own new identity in city and enhanced their weak position in urban society.
