摘要
目的针对使用中西医结合的治疗方式同体外震波碎石术共同对泌尿系统结石症状进行治疗和护理干预的效果展开探究。方法随机择取2013年1月—2014年3月期间在我院当中接受治疗的患有泌尿系统结石症状的患者共120例,包括男性患者74名以及女性患者46名。分为对照组回顾性分析病例120例,联合治疗组120例。联合治疗方式为中西医联合体外震波碎石术共同治疗的方式,护理方案结合患者的不同情况来制定。结果经过治疗和对应的护理干预,治愈概率较为理想,患者对护理工作的满意程度呈现出明显的差异,P<0.05,有统计学上的意义。结论使用中西医结合的治疗方式同体外震波碎石术共同对泌尿系统结石症状进行治疗和护理干预的效果比较理想,值得推广和使用。
Objective To discuss therapeutic and nursing effect of therapy of integrated medicine combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL） in the treatment of urinary system stones. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with symptoms of urinary tract stones including 74 male patients and 46 female patients from January 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital accepted treat-ment were selected. In the control group, 120 cases were retrospectively analyzed, and they were treated with combined therapy. Com-bination therapy of Western medicine combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment and nursing scheme combined with the different situation were developed. Results After treatment and corresponding nursing intervention, the probability of cure was more ideal, the patient＇s satisfaction degree of nursing work showed obvious difference P〈0.05, and there was statistical significance. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine combined with ESWL and nursing intervention in the treatment of urinary sys-tem stones has ideal effect, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
