体外震波碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的护理干预 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨泌尿系结石体外冲击波碎石的护理方法。方法:从本院2010年1月～6月收治的181例碎石术患者中筛选109例,分为实验组51例,对照组58例,对照组采取常规护理,实验组在此基础上采取院外指导,包括向患者提供用药指导、饮食指导、运动指导等,持续干预时间为1年。1年后对两组患者排石效果行统计学分析。结果:实验组治愈率明显高于对照组,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论:护理干预可有效提高结石患者排石效果。
