摘要
《金匮要略》是中医学四大经典之一,也是当前中医高等教育体系中沟通基础理论与临床实践的重要桥梁,其本身具有较强的理论性和实践层面的复杂性。本文试图在"反思性教学"理念的指导下,结合具体课堂教学与成绩考查实践,探索这一教学理念在《金匮要略》课程教学中的具体运用及其效果。从初步获得的数据来看,"反思性教学"的开展,对于发挥学生的主体性、调动学习兴趣、改善师生关系具有明显的效果,对于提升学生的判断力和对知识进行综合运用的能力亦有裨益。
The Synopsis of Golden Chamber is one of the four great classics in traditional Chinese medicine, and is also an important bridge between basic theory and clinical practice in the traditional Chinese medicine higher education system. It has strong theoreti-cal feature and complexity on practical level. We attempt to explore the application and effect of reflective teaching idea in the course of Synopsis of Golden Chamber combined with the classroom teaching and exam practice. Preliminary data showed that the develop-ment of reflective teaching had obvious effect on developing the subjectivity of students, arousing their learning interest and improving the relationship between teachers and students. It is also beneficial to enhance students' judgment and comprehensive application a-bility of knowledge.
