In order to improve the teaching quality of education in ethnic regions, promote the reform of Chinese teaching, improve the ability of using Chinese minority, strengthen the understanding between ethnic groups, cultural identity and social harmonious development, it is essential of bilingual teachers of minority nationalities in poor areas of Xinjiang to have Mandarin training.
