摘要
目的分析锁定钢板内固定手术联合自拟活血补骨汤在骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折老年患者中的应用。方法选取骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折老年患者100例,将100例患者随机分为治疗组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。治疗组在锁定钢板内固定手术后加用自拟活血补骨汤,对照组仅予锁定钢板内固定手术。对比分析治疗组与对照组术后各项指标差异,分析锁定钢板内固定手术联合自拟活血补骨汤在骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折老年患者中的应用。结果术后1周、2周时2组患者疼痛情况比较,治疗组NRS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),随访12个月时治疗组患者肩关节功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组骨折愈合时间、骨痂出现时间、住院时间及肿胀消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板内固定手术联合自拟活血补骨汤治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折老年患者,能够有效减轻患者疼痛,缩短病程,改善患者肩关节功能,降低术后并发症的发生率。
Objective To analysis the application of the associated locking plate internal fixation and activating blood circulation and bone in osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients. Methods Selected 100 cases of osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients. Divided all the patients randomly into treatment group（ n = 50） and control group（ n = 50）. The treatment group took activating blood circulation and bone,after the locking plate internal fixation operation. The control group was only treated with locking plate internal fixation. Compared and analyzed the differences between the treatment group and the control group. To analysis the application of the associated locking plate internal fixation and activating blood circulation and bone in osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients. Results Compared the NRS score of 1 weeks after surgery,2 weeks after the pain of two groups,the NRS score of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）; At 12 months follow-up,the recovery of shoulder function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈 0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）; the healing time of the treatment group,the occurrence time of callus,the length of stay and the time of hospitalization were shorter than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment which is the application of the associated locking plate internal fixation and activating blood circulation and bone of osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients. It can effectively reduce the pain of patients,shorten the course of disease,improve the shoulder joint function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
