锁定钢板结合钢丝张力带治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折 被引量：10

摘要 肱骨近端粉碎性骨折大多伴有明显的移位或肩袖损伤，治疗不当易导致肩关节不稳及关节僵硬等并发症。2009年10月～2011年10月，我科对23例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者应用锁定钢板结合钢丝张力带进行同定，效果良好。
