摘要
目的观察持续静脉泵注恩度联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的不良反应,并探讨有针对性的护理措施。方法对19例NSCLC患者持续泵注恩度7天联合化疗药物进行治疗,加强心理护理,密切观察不良反应,及时给予对症处理和相应的护理措施。结果出现心脏反应2例,消化道反应12例,骨髓抑制11例,发热8例,经过积极处理和精心护理后缓解,并顺利完成治疗。结论恩度持续泵入联合化疗的患者实施针对性的护理干预可以减轻患者的不良反应,提高疗效及患者的生存质量。
Objective To observe the adverse reaction ofcontinuousintravenous infusion of Endostar combined with chemotherapyin treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, and to explore the corresponding nursing measures. Methods On 19 cases of NSCLC patients treated with continuous intravenous infusion of Endostar 7 days combined with chemotherapy drugs treatment, strengthen the psychological nursing, close observation of adverse reactions, timely symptomatic treatment and corresponding nursing measures. Results There were 2 cases of cardiac response, 12 cases of digestive tract reaction, 11 cases of bone marrow suppression, 8 cases of fever, after active treatment and careful nursing, and successfully completed the treatment.Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention can reduce the adverse reaction of patients with the implementation of Endostar combined with chemotherapy of continuous infusion of patients, improve the quality of life of patients and the curative effect.
