摘要
目的探讨Smiths PCA微量泵配合PICC持续输注氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)的应用及护理。方法对34例持续需静脉注射5-Fu的患者予外周导入中心静脉置管(PICC)后使用Smiths PCA微量输液泵持续输注5-Fu。结果 Smiths PCA微量输液泵给药剂量准确,维持给药时间无误差,轻便小巧、便于携带,提高了患者化疗期间的生活质量。结论 Smiths PCA微量输液泵用于化疗药物的持续静脉输注是安全可行的,并且由于其便于携带提高了患者化疗期间的生活质量。
Objective To explore the application of Smith PCA trace pump to continuously infuse 5- Fu in coordination with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） and its nursing. Methods Thirty- four patients who needed intravenous injection of 15 - Fu were included in the study. Smith PCA trace pump was used to continuously infuse 5 - Fu after PICC was in its place. Results The study demonstrated the Smith PCA could infuse accurate, dose of 5 - Fu and was free from error in terms of time controlling. Additionally, it had the advantage of being portable and small and its application could improve the life quality of the patients in their course of chemotherapy. Conclusion The application of Smith PCA in the continuous intravenous injection of chemotherapy drugs is safe and workable and it improves the life quality of the patients due to the fact it is portable and small.
