铁路门式起重机集装箱偏载监控的实践 被引量:12

摘要 为确保集装箱运输安全,对集装箱实施超偏载检测。通过对铁路门式起重机普通集装箱吊具吊运集装箱作业过程中的集装箱偏斜角度等状态数据进行实时采集和分析,将数据通过无线传输至监测预警中心,对造成集装箱倾斜的原因进行智能识别,分级判定集装箱倾斜状态并做出相应预警及联动处理,可以实现对吊装作业的集装箱偏载量、F-TR锁脱钩情况的实时监测,将防范关口前移,保证运输安全。 In order to ensure the safety of container transportation, the over-eccentric load detection of containers is carried out. The status data such as container skew angle are real-time collected and analyzed during container loading and unloading using ordinary container spreader of railway gantry crane. The collected data are sent to the monitoring and early warning center by wireless transmission, and the center can intelligently recognize the reasons for container skew, and make early warning measures according to the container skew status. By this way it realizes the real-time detecting of container unbalance load and F-TR unhooking status, embodies the idea "prevention first", and thereby guarantees the transport safety.
