摘要
本文在分析转向架载荷传递及其力学模型基础上,研究一种在途重载铁路车辆超偏载状态实时检测的方法,并设计了一套基于该方法的车载式超偏载状态监控系统。最后,文章探讨了EMD(Empirical Mode Decomposition)方法用于特征信号的提取,通过仿真信号进行分析,证明了在车辆运行状态下,EMD对检测信号分析的可行性。
Based on analyzing the transmission of bogie load and setting up the mechanical model, this paper brings a real-time method of overloaded and imbalanced detecting for in-transit freight Wagon. Then, We design a new type overloaded and imbalanced status monitoring system on-vehicle based on this method. Finally, this paper discusses that EMD (Empirical Mode Decomposition) is used to extract the Characteristic signal, and then, the feasibility of the algorithm for In-transit detecting signal on a non-stationary simulated signal is tested.
