摘要
根据27 t轴重通用货车所具有的车轮直径增大、总重增加和车体尺寸增大等特性,分析由此带来的对驼峰设计与作业控制的单位基本阻力减小、制动能力下降、驼峰控制范围增加、单位风阻力增大等影响。从调速控制、平纵断面及峰高设计3个角度提出具体的应对措施,为应用27 t轴重通用货车时的驼峰设计及作业控制提供理论参考。
27t Axle-load General Service Freight Car(27t AGSFC) has lager wheel diameter, heavier axle-load, and bigger body size, which lead to some hump design and operating control issues, like decreasing unit basic resistance, reducing braking force, enlarging hump control range, increasing unit wind resistance. Therefore, several countermeasures have been proposed to provide the theoretical references for the hump design and operation control of the 27 t AGSFC in the view of speed control, hump height design, horizontal and vertical design.
