摘要
工程项目施工安全是社会关注的热点,安全绩效的测量是对其研究的基础。基于KPI绩效考核理论对我国建筑施工企业安全绩效进行了深入研究,运用扎根理论、文献分析法、问卷调查法、量表分析法得到施工企业安全绩效评价的5个影响因素:营造舒适的安全施工氛围、提高工人的安全意识和技能、严格执行安全管理责任、落实安全施工技术措施和消除违章作业,建立了基于KPI理论的施工企业安全绩效评价指标体系。以KPI为核心的绩效管理方法,有助于提高我国建筑项目安全管理的水平,降低事故发生率和死亡人数。
The safety of project construction is a hotspot for social attention, and measurement of safety performance is the basis of research. The purpose of the research is to improve the management level of the construction project management and to reduce the accidents and the number of death. The article studied on the safety performance of our country＇s construction enterprise based on the theory of KPI performance by grounded theory, literature analysis, questionnaire survey method, and scale analysis method. An evaluation index system is established based on the theory of the KPI performance evaluation system for the construction enterprise safety. The results show that there are five influence factors of the performance evaluation of construction enterprise safety., creating a comfortable atmosphere of the construction safety, increasing the safety awareness of workers and skills, strictly enforcing responsibility management of safety, and carrying out the construction safety technical measures and eliminate illegal operation.
