摘要
通过对粤北光皮树的调查阐述其形态特征与生态习性,对比分析说明了采用播种育苗、扦插育苗、嫁接育苗和组织培养快速繁殖等不同育苗方式进行光皮树苗木繁育的优缺点,提出了组培高效快繁工厂化育苗是未来光皮树苗木繁育的重要发展方向。
According to surveying the Comus wilsoniana grown in north Guangdong area, we describe the morphological and botany characteristics of it. Advantages and disadvantages of different ways used for grow seedlings are illustrated by comparing different types of breeding, such as sowing, cutting propagation, grafting and tissue culture. It is put forward that the tissue culture factory is the future important developing direction of breeding nursery stock of Comus wilsoniana.
