三叶半夏(Pinellia ternata (Thunb)Breit)叶片,叶柄和块茎外植体在附加BA0.5~2mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L或附加TDL0.01mg/L的MS培养基上离体培养60天能形成大量再生小植株。在4月20日至6月9日期间将小植株直接移栽于露地其成活率达70~95%。提出了半夏组织培养块速繁殖的实用程序并估算了组培苗成本。
A large number of regenerated plantlets were produced from the explants derived from leaf blade and leaf stalk and tuber in Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit, when the explants were incubated on the MS medium containing BA 0.5—2mg/ L+NAA 0.2mg/ L or containing TDZ 0.01mg/ L for 60 days above. The survival rate of plantlets reached 70-95% when the regenerated plantlets were directly transplanted to open ground during the term from 20 April to 9 June. A practical procedure for rapid clonal propagation in vitro in Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit was presented and the cost for producing test-tube seedlings was estimated.
