摘要
目的:探究在三联疗法的基础上对消化性溃疡患者予以半夏泻心汤加减治疗的效果。方法:择取我院于2014年3月-2016年3月收治的消化性溃疡患者180例,将其随机分为实验组(半夏泻心汤加减联合三联疗法)与参照组(三联疗法),各90例,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、症状消失时间以及治疗一年后的复发率。结果:实验组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于参照组的80.00%,P<0.05;实验组症状的消失时间显著短于参照组,P<0.05;实验组复发率与参照组比较无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:在三联疗法的基础上予消化性溃疡患者以半夏泻心汤加减治疗能够取得较好的治疗效果,该方法值得推广。
Objective： To investigate efficacy of the Banxia Xiexin decoction plus the triple therapy on peptic ulcer. Methods： From March 2014 to March 2016, 180 patients were divided into two groups, 90 cases in each. The experimental group was given the Banxia Xiexin decoction plus the triple therapy; and the control group was given the triple therapy simply. Total efficiency, symptoms disappearance time and recurrence rate in 1 year in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency was 96.67% in the experimental group, better than 80.00% in the control group, P〈0.05. Symptoms disappearance time in the experimental group was shorter, P〈0.05. Recurrence rate in two groups showed no significant difference, P〉0.05. Conclusion： The Banxia Xiexin decoction plus the triple therapy on peptic ulcer shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
