摘要
目的:探讨张仲景半夏泻心汤治疗消化性溃疡临床效果。方法:选择126例消化性溃疡患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予西医三联治疗、半夏泻心汤辨证加减联合西医三联治疗,观察两组治疗效果、溃疡缓解情况、患者负面情绪。结果:观察组治愈率(79.69%)、有效率(96.87%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);腹痛、腹胀、嗳气次数、溃疡面积明显低于对照组(P<0.05);负面情绪明显好于对照组。结论:半夏泻心汤辨证加减辅助治疗消化性溃疡,可以有效改善患者临床症状,降低负面情绪,提高治疗效果。
Objective：To explore ZhangZhongJing ＂Banxia Xiexin Decoction＂ in the treatment of peptic ulcer clinical effect. Method： 126 cases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, were given treatment of western medicine, Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined treatment of western medicine, observation two groups treatment effect, ulcer remission, negative emotions. Result ：The observation group cure rate （79.69%）, effec- tive rate （96.87%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; Abdominal pain, abdominal dis- tension, eructation, ulcer area significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; Negative emotions significantly better than the control group. Conclusion：Banxia Xiexin Decoction dialectical addition and subtraction auxiliary treatment of peptic ulcer, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms , reduce negative emotions, improve the treatment effect.
