摘要
介绍了国外老年医疗保障制度的四种模式,概述了国内外有关老年医疗保障研究的现状,并在此基础上提出了要充分发挥政府作用,构建基于老年人优先的社会医疗保障制度及医疗服务体系等建议。
This paper introduces 4 kinds of elderly medical security system. It summarizes research situation of elderly medical security in our country and abroad. It puts forward that government should give full play to its function. To build the society medical insurance and service system based on the aged preferred.
