摘要
农业科技服务体系既是农业社会化服务体系的一个子系统,又是一个为农业生产提供各种服务的多功能复杂系统,它需要建立一个公益性职能与经营性服务相结合、专项服务和综合服务相协调的机制与模式。作为主要社会力量的高校具备开展农业科技社会化服务的巨大的优势和充分的条件,具备公益性农业科技服务机构的特征和使命。高校复合型农业科技服务的实践模式就是把农业教育、农业科研、农业推广、农业生产结合起来提高其科技服务的到位能力,为农业生产经营主体提供产前、产中、产后全程科技服务的组织机构和网络系统。
