摘要
目的:了解广州市三甲医院医师编制测算方法现状,为医院制定医师编制测算方案提供参考依据。方法:抽取广州市3家三甲医院进行调查,通过访谈法、现场调查法、对比分析法了解各医院医师编制测算方案。结果:3家医院均采用公式法进行医师编制测算,但略有不同,对3种方法进行实测,测算结果大小为B医院>C医院>A医院。结论:当前编制测算依据陈旧,工作量评价要素及取值欠科学,编制测算方法存在差异,职称结构比例设定不合理。
Objective: To study present status of the personnel allocation methods of third grade class A hospitals in Guangzhou in order to provide a reference basis of personnel allocation methods for hospitals. Methods: Three third grade class A hospitals in Guangzhou were investiga- ted. The methods of interview, field investigation and observation were used to know the physician personnel allocation scheme in each hospital. Results: Three hospitals all used formula method to allocate their physician personnel, but there were some differences. The three methods were measured and the results were hospital B 〉 hospital C 〉 hospital A. Conclusion: The current methods were outdated. The evaluation element and its value was not scientific. There were differences among the calculation methods. The proportion of professional title structure was not reasonable.
