摘要
目的：了解广州市三甲医院医务人员吸烟现状及影响因素，为帮助开展“中华医学控烟行动”提供科学依据。方法：按照7所广州市三甲医院医务人员员工人数比例及各工种构成进行二级随机抽样，使用统一问卷，采用询问和自我填表的形式对736名医务人员进行吸烟现状等方面的调查。结果：广州市三甲医院的医务人员吸烟率为8．17％，其中男性为11．42％，女性为0％。现吸烟率为4．97％，其中男性为7．58％，女性为0％。男性医生戒烟率为5．29％。结论：广州市三甲医院的医务人员有比较低的吸烟率，他们的吸烟行为受多个因素的影响。有必要在医院中开展禁烟活动，藉以提高医务人员的健康形象和社会效应。
Objective ： Understand the smoking condition and its influencing factors of the medical personnel in 3rd - degree hospitals in Guangzhou, in order to provide scientific information for the project called ＂Controlling Tobacco in Medical Field all over China＂. Method：According to the proportion and composition of the medical personnel in 3rd - degree hospitals in Guangzhou, we adopt uniform questionnaire to carry out B Degree random sampling and introduce the form of both enquiry and self - filling - in - table to investigate the smoking conditions among 736 medical personnels. Result： Among the medical personnel in 3 rd - degree hospitals in Guangzhou, the rate of smoking is 8.17%, thereinto, 11.42% is for male and 0% is for female. The current rate of smoking is 4.97%, thereinto, 7.58% is for male and 0% is for female. The abandon rate of smoking for male is 5.29%. Conclusion：There is a comparatively low smoking rate among the medical personnel in 3rd -degree hospitals in Guangzhou, their behaviors of smoking are influenced by various factors. The hospitals need extraordinarily necessary measures to forbid tobacco, aiming to inhance the healthy figure and social effect.
