摘要
目的探讨中药熏蒸配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月我院收治的47例腰椎间盘突出症患者为观察组,选择同期我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者43例为对照组,对照组采用牵引疗法,观察组采用中药熏蒸配合牵引疗法。治疗2个疗程后,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗2个疗程后,观察组总有效率91.5%,对照组为74.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中药熏蒸配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods The 47 cases of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group, 43 cases of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were selected as control group, the control group was treated with traction therapy, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traction therapy. After 2 courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.5%, and the control group was 74.4%, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traction.
