脊柱减压牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察 被引量：37

摘要 目的观察DRX9000型脊柱减压系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法共选取56例腰椎间盘突出症患者，采剐随机数字表法将其分为治疗组及对照组。对照组给予超短波、常规腰椎牵引及动态干扰电治疗，治疗组则存超短波、动态干扰电治疗基础上采用DRX9000型脊柱减压牵引系统进行辅助治疗。于治疗前、治疗6周后采用汉化版Oswestry功能障碍指数（SCODI）、目测类比评分法（VAs）及直腿抬i苗试验对2组患者进行疗效评定。结果2组患者分别经6周治疗后，发现其SCODI评分、疼痛VAS评分及直腿抬高试验结果均较治疗前好转，并且上述指标均以治疗组的改善幅度相对较显著，与对照组问差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；同时治疗组临床疗效亦显著优于对照组。结论DRX9000型脊柱减压系统治疗腰椎问箍突出症疗效显著、安全可靠，能进一步改善患者病情、促进功能恢复。
