摘要
临床教学因各教学医院文化背景及环境的不同,存在着各式各样的教学方式,针对实习生的特点、分类,分别制订与之相适应的培养计划,实行个体化教学,因势利导,既发挥他们自身的技术长处,又针对其能力中的弱项进行重点培养。这样的个体化教学有助于培养学习的兴趣、建立学习方法、提高学习效率。
The clinical teaching because of different teaching hospital culture background and environment, there is every kind of teaching methods, aiming at the characteristics and classification of intern training plan, respectively corresponding to the individualized teaching, both play their strengths in the light of its general trend, technology itself, the ability of the weakness in the key culture. Such individual teaching is helpful to cultivate the interest of study, establish the method of study, and improve the efficiency of learning.
