针对市场上现有酿酒机功能单一、使用和维护成本大、占用空间多且操作繁琐等技术缺点,通过集成现代生物发酵、微控制和传感等技术,创造了一种集啤酒、葡萄酒和果酒于一体的智能家用酿造装置。智能家用酿酒机集成装置主要由密封系统、酿造系统、控制系统和监测系统组成,符合酒类市场的发展趋势和一般家庭的普遍需求,填补了国内外家用酿酒机的空白,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。
It is only a single species of winemaking machine in the market brew alcohol with the defect of costing lager in use and maintenance of the machine and occupying much space in the kitchen. For the shortcomings of existing technologies, this machine integrates circuits and micro-controller technology with creating a set of red wine, wine and beer in the smart home-winemaking machine, which fills the gaps in home-winemaking machine at home and abroad.
