摘要
目的研究分析静脉使用硝酸甘油治疗老年冠心病患者的临床护理效果。方法 368例冠心病患者,均接受硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗,治疗过程中给予一般护理、心理护理及用药护理等护理措施,观察效果。结果 368例冠心病患者静脉应用硝酸甘油后胸闷、心悸、气短症状明显好转,用药过程顺利,治疗后未出现严重不良反应,均获得了良好的治疗效果。结论冠心病患者接受硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗,结合相应护理措施,临床效果突出,该药为治疗心绞痛、急性心肌梗死的常用药。
Objective To research and analyze clinical nursing effect by nitroglycerin through intravenous application for senile coronary heart disease patients. Methods A total of 368 patients with coronary heart disease received nitroglycerin for treatment through intravenous drip, along with nursing measures of conventional nursing, psychological nursing and medication nursing. Their effects were observed. Results All the 368 patients had improved metathorax, palpitation and shortness of breath after receiving nitroglycerin, along with successful medication process and no severe adverse reactions after treatment. They all had excellent curative effects. Conclusion Implement of nitroglycerin through intravenous drip, combining with corresponding nursing measures, shows remarkable clinical effect for coronary heart disease patients. Nitroglycerin is the common choice for treating angina and acute myocardial infarction.
