摘要
目的 探讨品管圈在提高护士对急诊留观患者病情变化发现率中的应用效果。方法 我科于2015年6月开展第二期品管圈活动,确定活动主题,拟定可行性对策、实施对策等,选取2015年3-5月份我科留观患者306例,9-11月份我科留观患者296例,采用MEWS预警评分表及时判定急诊留观患者病情变化,比较品管圈活动前后急诊留观患者病情变化的发现率,确认品管圈实施后的效果。结果 此次品管圈活动实施后,我科临床护士对患者病情变化发现率由活动前的72.5%提高到93.3%,进步率为28.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 品管圈在提高护士对急诊留观患者病情变化发现率中的应用良好,为抢救患者赢得最佳抢救时机,降低了急诊留观患者留观风险。
Objective To explore the application effects of quality control circle （QCC） on improving the nurses found con- dition changes in patients of emergency department under observation.Methods The second phase of QCC investigation had carried out in our department of in emergency June 2015,determined the activity theme,formulated feasible counter- measures,implemented countermeasures,etc.306 patients under observation from March to May 2015 and 206 patients from September to November were selected.By MEWS early warning assessment determine a change of timely manner in emergency patients under observation,QCC activity emergency patients under observation before and after the disc rate of change were compared,then the effect after the implementation of quality management was confirmed.Results the implementation of tile quality management circle activity,our department the patient condition changes rate rose from 72.5% before the event to 93.3% by the clinical nurses after the activity,progress at a rate of 28 overy Since discovery .7%.QCC activities before and after the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusionv QCC could make a huge dif- ference in improving the nursing predictability of condition changes of patients under emergency observation,get more proper rescue time for patients and reduce the risk of emergency patients under observation.
