摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种慢性发作、反复发作且具有非特异性的的炎症性疾病,以粘液、脓血便等消化系统的症状为主。对于这样一种国内报道发病数不断攀升而且难治的疾病,其明确的发病原因或者发病机制都没有能得到彻底地有说服力的阐明,缺乏良好的动物模型是很重要的一个原因。为了研究UC的发展规律,确定相应的诊治手段,研究和开发新型的药物,尽快地找出能够模拟人类患者UC症状和其他许多方面的完善的动物模型亟不可待。本文就溃疡性结肠炎动物模型的一系列方法进行评述。
Ulcerative colitis is a type of non-specific chronic inflammatory disease that repeatedly recurs.This disease primarily involves gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloody diarrhea and abdominal pain.In light of its increasing incidence and prevalence in China,steps should be taken to develop an animal model that can simulate ulcerative colitis in humans.Such a model can be used to determine the etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis and to develop new treatments.This article reviews advances in the development of animal models of ulcerative colitis.
