摘要
目的:研究通腑宁颗粒对慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用。方法:通腑宁颗粒对免疫法复制大鼠溃疡性结肠炎动物模型的影响,来观察其治疗效果。结果:通腑宁颗粒对免疫法复制溃疡性结肠炎动物模型具有免疫调节作用。结论:通腑宁颗粒可通过调整免疫功能实现对慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用。
Objective ： The thcrapeutic cffcct of Tong FuNing Granule on ulcerative colitis （UC） was researched in this experiment. Methods ： Through experiments of Tong FuNing Granule on big rats UC model by immune method, It curation effect was observed. Results ： Tong FuNing Granule can recover significantly pathological changes of intestines sections to UC models injured by immune method, has immunity adjust effect to big rats UC animal model by immune method. Conclusions ： Through the function of adjusting immunity, recovery pathological changes of intestines sections, the curation of UC can be realised.
