摘要
通过调查与分析,发现农村幼儿园职初教师的工作生活质量总体来说喜忧参半,幼儿园管理者应为提高幼儿教师的工作生活质量采取积极有效的措施。
Based on surveys and analysis,we figure out the quality of working life of new kindergarten teachers in rural areas.Overall,the survey shows mixed feelings of both happiness and dissatisfaction.As a result,the essay suggests that managers of rural kindergartens should take considerable measures to improve the living and working conditions of their teaching staff.
