摘要
钕铁硼为第三代永磁材料,应用广泛。阐述了传统的钕铁硼永磁体的制造工艺方法,提出制备钕铁硼材料的新技术。重点讨论了采用速凝厚片工艺、氢爆工艺、并结合添加抗氧化剂、润滑剂、Ho元素和Dy元素等工艺方法,制备高性能的烧结钕铁硼永磁材料,分析制备工艺对永磁体显微组织结构和磁性能的影响。
NdFeB alloy is the third generation permanent magnet material with wide application. This paper presented the traditional manufacture technology of NdFeB permanent magnet, and showed the novel technology for the preparation of NdFeB permanent magnet. Preparation of sintered NdFeB permanent magnetic material with high performance using rapid-quenching thick-strip technology, hydrogen explosion process combining adding antioxidizer, lubricant and Ho, Dy element were emphatically discussed, and effects of preparation technology on the microstructures and magnetic properties of permanent magnet were analyzed.
