表面处理对粘结钕铁硼永磁的抗氧化性研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文研究了微观处理和宏观处理对钕铁硼(NdFeB)的抗氧化性影响,结果表明偶联剂微观保护NdFeB磁粉和环氧徐层宏观保护粘结NdFeB磁体相结合的办法可显著提高塑料粘结NdFeB永磁的抗氧化性。 The effect of micro-treatment and macro-treatment on resistance to oxidation of NdFeB has been studied. It shows that resistance to oxidation of plastic bonded NdFeB permanent magnet will be greatly reinforced by the way in which NdFeB power is micro-protected by the coupling agent and bonded NdFeB magnet is macro-protected by epoxy coating.
