摘要
目的:观察中药熏蒸联合康复护理强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2013年1月—2014年1月本院诊治的108例强直性脊柱炎患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各54例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上行中药熏蒸联合康复护理,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗后的枕墙距、Schober实验、指地距情况均明显优于对照组,比较差异性明显(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的临床症状评分及实验室指标均低于对照组,比较差异性明显(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合康复护理强直性脊柱炎疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM fumigation treatment in combination with rehabilitation nursing on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods：One hundred and eight patients who were treated in our hospital between Jan. of 2013 and Jan. of 2014 were chosen as the researeh objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 54 cases in each group, The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment, while the ones in the research group were added TCM fumigation treatment in combination with rehabilitation nursing based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results ： Mter the treatment, the pillow wall distance, Schober experiments, the distance of pointing to the ground of the research group were obviously better than those of the control group, and the differences between them had significance （P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the clinical symptom score and lab indicators of the research group were obviously shorter than those of the control group, and the differences between them had significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：TCM fumigation treatment in combination with rehabilitation nursing has a remarkable clinical curative effect on ankylosing spondylitis.
