摘要
目的研究采用中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年5月—2015年1月住院的80例强制性脊柱炎的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为中药熏蒸组和常规治疗组各40例。两组患者均给予西药非激素类药物治疗及护理。中药熏蒸组在西药治疗的此基础上给予中药熏蒸治疗。在中药熏蒸治疗2个疗程后(20天后)评价两组患者的治疗效果。结果中药熏蒸组总有效率为87.50%,常规治疗组总有效率为67.50%;中药熏蒸组疗效显著优于常规治疗组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论西药联合中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of using fumigation and steaming of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 80 cases with ankylosing spondylitis from May 2014 to January 2015 were selected as research objects, they were divided into fumigation and steaming of TCM group and routine treatment group according to the random number method, and each group had 40 cases. The two groups of patients were given Western medicine of hormonal therapy and nursing. The fu-migation and steaming of TCM group also was given fumigation and steaming of traditional Chinese medicine. After the two courses（20days）, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the fumigation and steaming of TCM group and the routine treatment group was 87.50% and 67.50%, respectively, the total effective rate of the fumigation and steaming of TCM group was significantly better than that of the routine treatment group, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Western medicine combined with fumigation and steaming of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anky-losing spondylitis was significant, and was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
