摘要
为研究甲苯对红鲫鱼血红细胞微核和核异常的影响,进行了一系列试验,并对试验数据进行分析和评估。结果表明,甲苯对红鲫鱼具有一定的遗传毒性,会使红鲫鱼的血红细胞的微核率,核异常率和总核异常率产生较大的影响。
In order to study the effect of toluene on micronuclei and nuclear anomalies in red blood cells of red crucian carp, a series of experiments were done and the test data were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that toluene had genetic toxicity on red crucian carp, and would impact the red blood cell micronuclei rate, nuclear abnor- mal rate and total nuclear abnormalities rate of red crucian carp.
