摘要
目的:分析总结改进式"现状-背景-评估-建议"(SBAR)交班模式的应用效果。方法:选择2015年3月1日—2015年5月31日就诊者为对照组,2015年6月1日—2015年8月31日就诊者为观察组,对照组采用常规护理交班模式交班,观察组采用改进式SBAR护理交班模式交班。对比两组交班相关情况。结果:观察组交班时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组交班满意度各项评分及总评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组交班满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改进式SBAR交班模式可有效地提高护理交班效率。
Objective:To analyze and summarize the improved ″Situation - Background - Assessment - Recommendation″(SBAR). Methods:From March 1,2015 to May 31,2015 patients as control group,From June 1,2015 to August 31,2015 pa-tients as the observation group,control group received routine nursing shift mode shift,the observation group accepted into type SBAR nursing shift mode shift. Comparing the two groups over the relevant circumstances. Results:The average shift time of ob-servation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P 〈 0. 05). The shift group satisfaction score and total score were significantly higher than the control group(P 〈 0. 05). The shift satisfaction rate in observed group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:The improved SBAR shift mode can effectively improve the effi-ciency of nursing shift.
