摘要
目的探讨SBAR沟通交接模式在心内科CCU患者转出交接中的应用效果。方法 2013年1—10月,采用SBAR沟通交接模式,制订心内科监护室(CCU)患者转出交接表格,患者转出交接流程,规范心内科重症监护室患者转出交接过程。结果运用SBAR沟通交接模式后,患者转出交接问题的发生率由原来的17.59%下降至4.55%,交接时间缩短近12 min,患者满意度由88.4%提高到97.5%,护士对护理工作满意度由75%,提高到95%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论运用SBAR沟通交接模式,规范化实施患者交接流程,提高护理工作效率,促进患者安全及团队合作。
Objective To investigate the application effect of SBAR communication transfer model inCCU patients' rolling out transfer. Methods DuringJanuary 2013 and October2013,we made a transfer form and procedure for CCU patients according to SBAR communication transfer model,aimed to standardise the transferprocess. Results After the application of SBAR communication transfer model, the occurrence of transition problemsdecreased from 17. 59% to 4. 55%,the transition time was shorten nearly 12min,satisfaction degree of patientsrose to 97. 5%,satisfaction degree of nurse on nursing job rose to 95%,the differences were significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions The application of SBAR communication transfer model was helpful for standardizingthe handover process,improving the efficiency of nursing work,promoting cooperation and patient safety.
