摘要
针对部分跳汰选煤厂生产过程中时常出现的跳汰机电磁阀等气动元件易损坏的问题,从提高其所用高压风洁净度的角度入手,通过分析目前常用的高压风净化方法,以一台16 m2SKT跳汰机为例,提出了三种切实可行的高压风净化方案,并对三种方案进行了详细分析,为保障跳汰生产的正常运行提供了有益参考。
The trouble with the solenoid valve and other pneumatic elements frequency occurs during jigging operation in part of coal preparation plants. For tackling this problem, an investigation is made proceeding from the enhancement of the purity of high-pressure air. Based on an analysis of the high-pressure air purification methods currently in common use, 3 feasible purification schemes are proposed and applied on a 16 m^2 SKT jig by way of example. A detailed analysis and comparison is made in the paper of the 3 schemes proposed. The schemes provided a valuable reference for ensuring the normal jigging operation.
