摘要
通过对炼钢厂压缩空气干燥器连接方式的改造,压缩空气含水率得到了明显的降低。含水量等级由改造前的6级降至改造后的2级,压力露点由+10℃下降至-40℃以下,可用于代替低压氮气作为阀门仪表动力气源以及布袋除尘的反吹气源。
Through the transformation of connection mode of compressed air dryer,the water content of compressed air was lower significantly. The grade of water content was reduced from level 6 to level 2,the pressure dew-point was decreased from + 10 ℃ to less than 40 ℃,so it can be used to replace the low-pressure nitrogen as the dynamic air supply of valve instrument and the blowback air supply of bagtype dedusting.
