摘要
简要阐述了二次浮选工艺产生的背景。分别从试验数据和生产指标两个角度,分析了涡北选煤厂进行二次浮选改造的必要性。改造前后浮选系统经济技术指标对比表明,涡北选煤厂通过实施二次浮选工艺改造,取得了降低浮选精煤灰分,提高浮选精煤产率,稳定产品质量,提高选煤厂的经济效益的良好效果。
A brief account is made in the paper of the background of the development of the secondary flotation process, as well as the necessity to apply the renovated secondary flotation process at Guobei Coal Preparation Plant as viewed from the angles of experimental data and flotation indices. As evidenced by the comparison of the techno - economic indices of the flotation circuit before and after the renovation, the application of the renovated secondary flotation process has led to reduced concentrate ash, increased concentrate yield, more consistent flotation products and much improved economic result.
