摘要
阐述了PAD型重力流态式矿浆预处理器的结构、工作原理、技术特点,并介绍了其在山西临汾新绛矿区一座选煤厂的应用情况。在入选原煤煤质不变及浮选产品指标基本相同的条件下,重力流态式矿浆预处理器比叶轮搅拌式矿浆预处理器浮选完善指标提高1.43百分点,吨原煤浮选药剂费用降低48.53%,每年节电约2.5万k W·h,可有效地降低选煤厂生产成本。
An introduction is made in the paper of the structure, working principle and technical features of the PAD gravity-flow type flotation pulp preprocessor as well as the result of its application at a coal preparation plant in Xinjiang Mining Area, Linfeng, Shanci Province. Under the conditions of treating a raw coal with the same property and basically identical product indices, as compared with the impelleragitated type of pulp processor, the use of the gravity-flow version can lead to an increase of flotation perfection index by 1.43 percentage points, a drop of the cost of agents per ton of raw coal treated by 48.53 percentage points and a save of power by 25 000 kW· h per year, effectively reducing, as a result, the operating cost of the plant.
