摘要
目的了解老年糖尿病患者口腔健康生活质量现状、口腔知识掌握现状,并分析其相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,抽取泰安市泰山区3个社区139例老年糖尿病患者,使用糖尿病口腔健康知识和生活质量问卷进行调查。结果老年糖尿病患者口腔健康生活质量总分为(33.61±2.91)分,处于中低水平,糖尿病口腔健康知识掌握程度处于较低水平。糖尿病患者口腔健康生活质量与口腔健康知识掌握程度相关系数为0.30(P<0.05),呈正相关。结论老年糖尿病患者口腔健康知识和口腔健康生活质量需要改善,且两者关系密切,可通过加强健康教育,改善患者的口腔健康知识掌握情况,从而改善口腔健康生活质量。
Objective： To know the current situation of oral health-related quality of life and oral knowledge in elderly patients with diabetes, and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods： A total of 139 elderly diabetics were recruited from three communities in Taishan District of Tai＇an City by convenience sampling method. They were investigated with Oral Knowledge and Health-related Quality of Life in Elderly Diabetics questionnaire. Results he score of oral health-related quality of life in elderly diabetics was （ 33.61 ± 2. 91 ）, which was at a low level ; And also the health knowledge. There was a positive correlation between them and the correlation coefficient was 0. 30 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Oral health knowl- edge and health related quality of life in elderly diabetics need to be improved and they are closely related. Patients oral health knowledge can be improved through strengthening health education, so as to improve the oral health quality of life.
