摘要
以DDL2000、330N、DBP和MDI-50合成A料,以DDL2000、DBP、MOCA、活性重钙等粉料分散研磨形成B料制备了一种高性能水工防水防护聚氨酯防水涂料。研究了增塑剂、流平剂、粉状填料及硅烷偶联剂对聚氨酯防水涂料拉伸、抗冰拔、抗渗和粘结性能的影响,结果表明,掺加9%的增韧剂、0.10%的流平剂、30%的硅粉、45%的粉煤灰和2.0%的硅烷偶联剂,可以制得性能优异、适用于新疆地区的水工防水防护聚氨酯防水涂料。
Component A is prepared by DDL2000, 330N, DBP and MD1-50, component B is dispersion grinded by DDL2000, DBP, Moea and active heavy calcium carbonate, which synthesize high performance waterproofing and protective polyurethane coating for hydraulic engineering. The article introduces influences of plasticizer, leveling agent and powder filler on tensile properties, anti ice, anti permeability and bonding performance of the coating. Results show that high performance waterproofing and protective polyurethane coating for hydraulic engineering of Xinjiang is obtained when adding 9% plasticizer, 0.10 leveling agent, 30% silicon powder, 45% fly ash and 2.0% silane coupling agent.
