摘要
以氟碳树脂为关键原料,制备了双组分聚氨酯防冰涂料,研究了A、B组分重量比对防冰涂料力学性能、耐水性能和冰粘附强度的影响,并优选配方评价了防冰涂料的综合性能。结果表明:随着A、B组分重量比的增加,防冰涂料的拉伸强度和硬度逐渐减小,最大值分别为4.51 MPa和50 HA,断裂伸长率先增大后减小,最大值为513.7%;防冰涂料吸水率整体小于1‰,接触角整体大于90°;当A、B组分重量比为1.5∶1时,涂层-40℃的冰粘附强度为88.4 kPa,同时具有良好的变形能力和耐老化性能。
Two-component polyurethane anti-icing coating were prepared with fluorocarbon resin as the key raw material.The effect of the weight ratio of component A and B on the mechanical properties,water resistance and ice adhesion strength of the anti-icing coating was studied.The comprehensive performance of the anti-icing coating was evaluated through optimizing the formulation.The results showed that with the increase of the weight ratio of component A and B,the tensile strength and hardness of the anti-icing coating gradually decreased.And the maximum values were 4.51 MPa and 50 HA,respectively.The breaking elongation first increased and then decreased,and the maximum value was 513.7%.The water absorption of anti-icing coating was less than 1‰,and the contact angle was higher than 90°as a whole.When the weight ratio of component A and B was 1.5∶1,the ice adhesion strength of the coating was 88.4 kPa at-40℃,and had good deformation ability and aging resistance.
