摘要
为了解目前鸽群中新城疫病毒(NDV)的流行情况,本研究对2011-2013年分离到的7株鸽源NDV进行了部分生物学特性的测定和遗传进化分析。结果显示,7株NDV的F蛋白裂解位点均为^122RRQKRF^117,呈典型强毒特征,但7株病毒的MDT值范围较大,从50~114h不等;ICPI从0.98~1.51不等。遗传进化分析结果表明,分离到的7株鸽源NDV分离株之间的同源性较高,且均属于VIb亚型,但与目前广泛使用的疫苗株Lasota的遗传距离较远,因此有必要研制针对鸽源VIb亚型NDV的新型疫苗。
To elucidate the circulation of the NDVs among pigeon flocks, seven NDVs isolated from the pigeons during 2011-2013 were characterized biologically and phylogenetically. The results showed that their MDT ranged from 50 to 114 h and their ICPI ranged from0.98 to 1.51 variably although they shared the same cleavage site motif 112RRQKRF117 in the F protein. Phylogenetical- ly,all strains were grouped into sub-genotype VIb and exhibited a long distance with the vaccine strain La Sota in the phylogenetic tree, which may account for the VIb NDV infection in the vaccinated pigeon flocks. Therefore, new vaccines phylogenically close to the prevalent VIb NDV should be developed to prevent the NDV infection in pigeon flocks.
