摘要
清洁生产包括清洁的生产过程和清洁的产品 2个方面。本文论述了清洁生产的概念与面向产品、面向工艺和面向产品寿命期的清洁生产战略 ,分析了传统制革工业污染的来源 ,归纳总结了制革生产过程中的清洁技术 ,如少盐防腐保藏技术、少硫蛋白酶保毛脱毛技术、无铵脱灰技术、无盐浸酸技术、铝硅预鞣白湿皮技术、不浸酸铬鞣技术。
Clean production includes a cleaner production process and their resulting a cleaner product. This paper discusses the concept and strategy of clean production, and clean technology of leather industry in China. The strategy must be face to product, technology and life cycle of the product. It also analysis the pollution elements of traditional leather-making technology and discusses the clean processes of leather-making, such as preservation hides and skins without salts, liming without ammonium, save hair unhairing with enzyme and low sulfide, white-wet technology with aluminum or silicon tanning agent, chrome tanning without pickling, recycling of chrome or lime effluent and so on.
