铬-酚类合成鞣剂鞣革性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 选用Neosyn系列芳香族酚类合成鞣剂,研究了铬-酚类合成鞣剂鞣液的耐碱性能和酚类合成鞣剂-铬复合鞣的鞣革性能。结果表明:酚类合成鞣剂与铬发生络合作用,增加铬-酚类合成鞣剂液的耐碱性能;酚类合成鞣剂-铬复合鞣成革抗张强度、收缩温度(Ts)随着酚类合成鞣剂用量的增加而上升,断裂伸长率、柔软度、透水汽性随着酚类合成鞣剂用量的增加而下降;酚类合成鞣剂用量超过4%,PFB-铬复合鞣革的收缩温度和抗张强度更高,BS2-铬复合鞣革的透水汽性、断裂伸长率、柔软度更高。 The resistance to alkali of organic-chrome liquid and tanning effect of organic-chrome combination tannage were researched by Neosyn system aromatic syntan. Results showed that The complexation has been formed between organic syntan and chrome, which can increase alkali-resistance of organic-chrome liquid. Tensile strength and shrinkage temperature (Ts) increased with adding dosage of organic syntan, elongation at break, softness and water vapour permeability reduced with adding dosage of organic syntan. When dosage of organic syntan is over 4% ,tensile strength and shrinkage temperature of PFB-chrome Combination tannage was more excellent, elongation at break, softness and water vapour permeability of BS2- chrome combination tannage was better.
